These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Daily Lark mobile application (the "App") operated by Westwood Tech LLC, doing business as LuckyWildCatSoftware ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any device you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable App Store rules.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion of it
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App

3. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Westwood Tech LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4. Advertisements

The App displays banner advertisements provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Your interaction with any advertisement is at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WESTWOOD TECH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Westwood Tech LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the App is immediately revoked.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
